Exciter AUv3 plug-in comes as a time-limited Demo-version for you to try, providing 5 minutes of free play time. You can reload the Exciter AUv3 plug-in multiple times to extend the demo period. The unlimited version of the Exciter AUv3 plug-in is available as an In-App Purchase.

The Red Rock Sound Exciter enhances the sonic quality of the signal in a more natural way than traditional equalization. Instead of simply boosting existing harmonics, Exciter generates additional harmonics, resulting in a clear and balanced sound without increasing the output signal level.

Control & Indicator Functions:

<li>LEVEL — control knob for the level of the Input Signal</li>
<li>HARMONICS — controls the amount of generated Harmonics</li>
<li>TIMBRE — sets the balance between Odd and Even harmonics</li>
<li>FREQ — sets the frequency of the high pass filter in the side chain before the harmonics generator</li>
<li>HL meter — Level meter for the Harmonics that are created</li>
<li>MIX — adjusts the amount of Exciter enhancement added to the original signal</li>
<li>LISTEN — allows you to listen to the Exciter process alone</li>
<li>OUTPUT meter — Output Signal Level indicator</li>
<li>Undo/Redo</li>
<li>A/B comparison</li>
<li>2x/4x/8x Upsampling</li>
<li>Scalable GUI</li>
</ul>

To use Exciter as a plug-in, you will need an AUv3-compatible host app such as GarageBand, Auria, AUM, Cubasis, and more. Exciter will be listed in the Audio Unit extensions for effect plug-ins within your chosen host app.
